Incredible buying experience!! Anthony is what all other realtors should strive to be. We purchased our home sight unseen. We contacted Anthony around 4:30pm on a Sunday evening to inquire on the home we ultimately chose to purchase. We asked if he would be willing to do a walk thru of the property with us on the phone, sometime the next day. His answer, I live nearby and I will call and see if I can get in tonight. 20 minutes later he was walking us thru the property via facetime. We asked several questions and he provided all the answers either that evening or early the next morning. No matter what we asked, floorplans, he got them for us. List of the utility companies nearby, he provided us with their phone numbers. HOA questions, he got us the answers and the addresses and phone numbers of the individuals concerned. He even picked up on glass chips in a window and had it repaired prior to closing. He even took it upon himself to videotape a golf cart ride thru the cult-a-sac to show us exactly what they neighborhood looked like. After the closing, he is holding the keys for us until we are can see the property in person. We asked if we could do that. That is how good we felt about the whole buying experience. We have purchased many homes in the past. Never have we felt like someone was watching out for us like he did. Highly recommend this company!!!
