Clyde took wonderful care of my mother and her interests during the preparation and sale of her house. He provided assistance for several months leading up to listing the house for sale, which I believe made a huge impact on the sale results. I was so impressed by how thorough he was with advising her on the repairs/updates she needed to make to the house prior to listing. We started sometime ago just to get a general idea of what would have to be done to the property to get the best price in the least amount of time. Personal things got in the way but Clyde was there to put everything in order with ideas of what could be done beforehand to get the property more sellable. When we finally listed the property, he was there to help make it appealing to the general public and managed to get the most money in the least amount of time. I have recommended him to others and hope they listen to me.
