Very quick to respond and get unit listed. Excellent with pictures, web sites and maximum exposure. Communication very good-especially Jayne the office manager. Walk thru not as thorough and a few items talked about were not followed up on. Very nice and upbeat and great on discussions on price improvements, adjustments, etc. No blowing smoke, and yet not pushy with opinions. A good balance.
All team members displayed tremendous professionalism and a keen understanding of the real estate market. Additionally, they employed numerous media outlets to highlight our home and continually provided us with feedback.
Over the years I have dealt with a few realtors. The dozen or so from buying and selling or renting can’t even come close to the professional and true concerns for the customer as the whole Cheek Team! From the first encounter with Carlo I knew that he was the guy that I most likely would used. The other realtors couldn’t even come close to trying to understand what I wanted not what they thought I should want in this market at this time. Met one of the owners at the second meeting and smooth sailing from there on. Back office as nice if not nicer. Quick response to questions and concerns. I only wish I had more properties to sell!!
