During one of our last meetings with the contractor (The Final Walk Through), Katherine was very helpful in picking out areas that needed a little extra attention before we closed. The Cheek Team also recommended and independent home inspection before the close which turned out to be very helpful (small items but another comfort level in the choices we made). I was intrigued by the write up of a beachfront property; Clif Cheek took me to a viewing. The property owner and I could not agree on a price so I continued with an online search. Fate led me to a unit in Islander Villas Condos. Unfortunately I was unimpressed by that particular unit. But Clif suggested I look at another property in the same development. He was very patient while I inspected and asked hundreds of questions. I decided to make an offer; but I asked him for some guidance. In a very low key manner, Clif offered his advice. After a few back and forth offers and counters, we settled on a price attractive to both seller and buyer.
