I couldn’t have been luckier than to have had Claudia San Roman to list my condo in Palmetto Bay recently. Because of her outstanding ability to connect with people using her skills in showing properties in their best light, the day after it was put on the market she had a buyer lined up and got a contract to sell in a matter of days, and we closed within a month. What a miracle worker!

Claudia is so professional. She responds quickly to all questions, requests for information, so incredibly reliable... and slightly uncommon in the greater Miami area. We bought a house with her and I will contstantly promote her, Claudia is a Godsend; now I consider her a good friend. I always run late and she is always punctual, which is really really great when I am able to show up on time. (we all have our faults right?) She brings a print out of all the listings we planned to see that day... Also, really nice touch, sent a confirmation text as a little reminder that we were supposed to meet. She wasn't pushy and so super understanding when we wanted to see over a hundred houses in different areas over many months... I HIGHLY recommend her!
