My wife and I recently had the pleasure of partnering with Clarence as our real estate agent on the purchase of our first home. During our consultation with Clarence he really got to know my wife and I and understand our home needs...which made looking at homes a lot of fun and the purchasing process very easy! In a nutshell: Clarence is a calm and effective communicator that spends the extra time to fully explain the home buying process and journey. Clarence is very professional, acted with our best interests in mind, and never made us fell confused, frustrated, uninformed, or pressured.
