We had an amazing experience working with Clarence as our real estate agent. When we first met, we told him that we were looking for a property with at least an acre of land, close to the city, and with a guest house or a multi-generational floorplan that could be used for Airbnb. We also wanted some sort of view. To our surprise, Clarence was able to find a property that exceeded our expectations.
