We had an amazing experience working with Clarence as our real estate agent. When we first met, we told him that we were looking for a property with at least an acre of land, close to the city, and with a guest house or a multi-generational floorplan that could be used for Airbnb. We also wanted some sort of view. To our surprise, Clarence was able to find a property that exceeded our expectations. He found us a stunning 4,000 sqft home, with a separate 2,000 sqft barn and a 400 sqft studio on a whopping FOUR ACRES with an Atlanta zip code, in a safe and quickly developing area of the city. The best part, we have a beautiful creek on our property and when it rains, we even have a mini waterfall (in the city, people)! The only negative about our property is learning how to manage so much land, but Clarence even cautioned us about that component. Throughout the process, Clarence was an excellent advocate for us. He negotiated an incredible deal, and everyone at our closing was amazed by how he pulled it off. This was especially impressive given that we were in the middle of the pandemic, and other buyers were waiving inspections and buying homes with cash. Clarence is a true magician when it comes to real estate. He is personable, polite, honest, and direct. His connections and ability to form relationships are unparalleled, as he was exclusively able to get us into homes that weren't even on the market yet.
