Cindy is Excellent in her field, from listing to closing the entire experience was a pleasure. Cindy is a woman who takes her work personally, she is extremely efficient and knowledgeable,pays attention to every detail , dots every i, crosses every t. Everything that was done was explained in detail. Every paper and document issued was fully explained before signing . This entire process was done remotely for my personal issues as well as the pandemic. I found her to be amazing in the advertising and virtual open house. The negotiations were clear concise , the contract explained in full to both parties. The inspection done, list of repairs sent immediately taken care of by me and shown to buyer. Closing set up, title companies had all information, notary arrived at my location in New Jersey and papers transferred in a very efficient manner. I cannot say enough about this woman and her talent as an agent and her extreme knowledge and patience working with the public .
