Cindy Taylor

Cindy was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very attentive to our needs, answered all emails/phone calls in a timely manner and was there for us every step of the way. She made the purchase of our new home such a smooth process. Without any hesitation, I would recommend her to my friends and family. Not only is she a trustworthy realtor, but a genuinely nice person. Thanks Cindy!

Cindy was very helpful every step of the way in selling our home. She was very responsive and always returned calls or emails quickly. It was such a pleasure and so easy working with her. We would most definitely use her again and have recommended her to several neighbors.

Cindy was awesome! Super attentive, answered me right away either by phone or email! She made sure I met all my deadlines. Made sure I knew everything that was going on. She got me in contact with a great lender! And they both work together and got me in my home before Christmas like promised!

I live out of state and made a cold reach out about a property listing online. Cindy responded right away and worked with me to identify our needs and wants to locate the perfect property. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help all from another state. She used every technology tool to keep in touch and ensure I was informed and lead thru every step of the purchase journey. If you want a personal and caring touch that is above and beyond from the first contact thru receiving the keys Cindy is your best route to success.

Cindy recently listed my home in Land O'Lakes and guided me through the sale. She was very knowledgeable regarding the market and very helpful with all of my questions. She guided me with her expertise of negotiation skills and did a fantastic job of keeping me aware of everything going on with the sale of my home. I would highly recommend Cindy as a realtor, whether buying or selling a home.

I am a new home owner in the community of Land o Lakes, Florida. I approached Cindy to help my husband and myself find a home in this area. She was a complete professional during the process of us building a new home. Each minute detail was taken care of. She was always one step ahead of us and the contractors from buying to moving in. Her knowledge of the area North of Tampa Bay was complete. She allows the time to get to know her clients and their needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of someone to sell/list or help find their forever home. Susan Kenney and Morgan Griffiths Land O Lakes, Florida
