Cindy, did a great job. In my mind she often went above and beyond her job description in a difficult situation. This was a home that had three different people pulling her in different directions, but Cindy stood her ground and sold the home in record time compared to other homes that were for sale in the same development. Job well done!!
There is one word that best describes every aspect of the work that Cindy Souza does from start to finish and that is AMAZING. Cindy is on top of every detail, no matter how large or how small. She actually makes you feel like you are her only client. I would and will recommend her to anyone seeking a TOP agent. She is by far the best!
Brett did an incredible job of working with us to buy our first home. He helped us understand the buying process as first time buyers, was very responsive and efficiently set up several visits for us so we could see many of the homes we were interested in. He has been very supportive and went above and beyond for us.
We worked with Brett Souza to purchase our first home. As first time home buyers with little familiarity with the process, Brett was great at explaining and guiding us through each step. He was responsive, accessible, and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him without reservation to any home buyer in the DMV area!
Cindy was terrific! She listened to my concerns and gave great advice. I put a contract on a house about two weeks after starting my search. The contract was accepted and we closed less than a month later.
As first time home buyers, my wife and I could not have asked for a more helpful, knowledgeable and professional realtor. Cindy was on top of every detail of our purchase and made us feel at ease through the entire process. Her recommendations and guidance were beyond reproach. We would absolutely use Cindy again and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the market for a home.
