Selling a house when you are several states away, in the middle of a pandemic is not the ideal situation, but Cindy made it as easy as possible for us. She was with us every step of the way, advising us and helping us make the right decisions to get our home ready for sale. Our house was occupied by tenants, and Cindy even assisted them in finding a new place to live so that we could get our property on the market while vacant. She met with contractors at the property to facilitate repairs and upgrades, and she even brought her tools and did a few things herself. She reassured me several times during the process when my anxiety was through the roof, and she was a steady, reliable, knowledgeable presence throughout the whole process. Cindy was always available to answer questions, and she never made me feel as if I was a bother to her. She negotiated a great deal for us with the buyer and our home went under contract in 5 days, for over asking price. She then was excellent at negotiating items that came up during inspection and she kept us notified as we moved through the process between going under contract until the day we closed. I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Cindy and the experience we had working with her.
