When we first met with Cindy to ask about purchasing a property in Tempe, she provided multiple pieces of data re: the housing market including market trends. She is very approachable and knowledgeable. Cindy was very flexible, able to accommodate our hectic schedules, attentive to new listings that addressed areas we were interested in and was supportive throughout the process. She was very knowledgable re: potential areas of concern and how to specifically request areas to address when looking at purchasing a home. Good communication skills were demonstrated throughout the process and Cindy was able to get all of our requests taken care of quickly. She is passionate about what she does, but able to clearly articulate the pros and cons of a home we were looking at while addressing all of our concerns throughout the process.
