Cindy worked very hard to complete the sale of a home that was under an out of state guardianship. The Florida Court made what should have been a relatively straight forward sale kept being delayed thanks to underwriters who apparently weren't aware of what the Guardianship laws actually state. Cindy never gave up, and in the end all parties were satisfied with the outcome.

Cindy rallied a team of subcontractors for whatever was needed to fix extensive property damages. She stuck with it for a year until it was ready to sell. She generated steady open house traffic, got multiple offers, and skillfully negotiated stressful circumstances. If Cindy could sell this house, she could do anything.

Cindy patiently worked with me since 2017. She was always there to answer any question or concern I might have. She is very knowledgeable about the Real Estate Market. She knows "a good deal" and when to reconsider. Like an old friend, it could be months between communications, and she's right there with a quick reply to any questions.
