Cindy worked very hard to complete the sale of a home that was under an out of state guardianship. The Florida Court made what should have been a relatively straight forward sale kept being delayed thanks to underwriters who apparently weren't aware of what the Guardianship laws actually state. Cindy never gave up, and in the end all parties were satisfied with the outcome.
