Need to add five more stars. Cindy Brads was a blind referral from a Facebook acquaintance but could not have been more of a rockstar for us - especially as out-of-state buyers. She worked with us during the very narrow windows we were in town and made it her mission to be sure we were taken care of up to, and including immediate post-closing when we needed floor cleaning and ceiling fan installation. Highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking for real estate in central Florida.
