She knows the area so well, and was able to give me the inside scoop on various neighborhoods and areas, and found me the perfect house. Cindy handled absolutely everything for me while I was across the country, and it was the smoothest transaction. She went above and beyond with all the legwork, even taking video tours of the houses I was interested in, taking measurements for me...every crazy thing I asked of her. A year later, I bought an investment property, and couldn’t have done it without Cindy. She thought of so many details I hadn’t thought of, was so diligent with everything, and once again ensured a seamless transaction. She’s not some stuffy realtor lady. Cindy is a people person.She is down to earth yet completely professional. One of the things that made me trust her was her getting to know us as a couple and making sure she presented homes to us that fit exactly what we wanted. Once we found our home, she was on top of everything we needed from documents to expectations that needed to be met with our builder. We had to buy our home in Florida while living in California and Cindy went above and beyond to take care of things while we were away so that when we arrived our house was perfect. Whats even more incredible, is she followed up with afterwards to make sure we filed our homestead exemption and checked in to make sure we are happy. Shes a gem!

Need to add five more stars. Cindy Brads was a blind referral from a Facebook acquaintance but could not have been more of a rockstar for us - especially as out-of-state buyers. She worked with us during the very narrow windows we were in town and made it her mission to be sure we were taken care of up to, and including immediate post-closing when we needed floor cleaning and ceiling fan installation.
