Cindy was able to bring in an offer higher than our asking price. She has contractors and vendors on speed dial just in case something pops up, which in my case, it did. "My daughter and son in law used Cindy around 5 years ago when they purchased there home and she was excellent with them, and she treated them like they where family. That is the reason that my son in law reached out to here when my husband and i wanted to start looking for property about a year ago. She was so great in finding us the perfect property. It took us several property's to find the one we wanted and she never gave up and just kept on looking and showing us property until we found the one we wanted. Because we live in Naples we always had to come up on the weekends and she never hesitated to meet us on either Saturday or Sunday which we appreciated.
