I became a licensed REALTOR® in 1988. The past 30+ years have zipped by! Early in my career I served my real estate community with five years of service on the multiple listing service board and was honored by my peers with the Distinguished Service Award from the Ada County Association of Realtors. Education is very important, thus I hold a number of professional designations: Associate Broker of Homes N Boise Realty, Accredited Buyer Representative representing Buyers in their purchases, Certified Residential Specialist representing Sellers in perhaps the largest transaction of their lives, Certified New Home Sales Professional working with Buyers building new homes, e-Pro designation as an Internet Professional, also I am a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute and have the Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource designation.
