Ciara Hudleston, Realtor Extraordinaire, not only understands this complicated market, but thrives in it. In just a few short years, her bright smile and “tell it like it is” attitude has propelled her to be one of theTop Ten Agents in her company of over 100 Realtors.
MARKET EXPERT
As a Top Ten Agent in one of the leading companies in Alachua County, she has earned the President's Circle Award for productivity and sales; the Excellence Core Award for customer care and collaboration; the Marketing Award for her intentionality with her social media content, farming, and sphere; and voted The Best Realtor by the entire staff. EDUCATE VS. SELL
Ciara understands that Real Estate is all about listening to people's specific situation and empowering them during one of the most difficult decisions of their lives. As a former middle and high school teacher of 17 years, her teacher heart continues to guide her customers along. She doesn't SELL a house, she EDUCATES people so that they can make good decisions and NEGOTIATES on their behalf. Customers breathe easier knowing they have Ciara on their side.
On YouTube, FB, and Instagram, you will find over 200 videos that Ciara has created in both English and Spanish to help educate her customers. She is also an avid mentor, sharing her experience with newer agents coming into the field.
PERSONAL
When Ciara is not helping customers, you can usually find her on the dance floor swinging to 1920's Big Band music, cooking up delicious Cuban food for her two boys, or laughing with friends. She may look like just a “little Senorita with a flower in her hair,” but she dares you to underestimate her. This tough negotiator and go-getter has run a marathon, explored 6 out of 7 continents, baked 4 foot cakes like those on the Food Channel, spoken in front of 100's of people and even written a book on prayer and meditation.
SPEED
Best of all, Ciara is never pushy or salesy. She promises to go at your speed. If you need something NOW, she will make it happen. If you want to take things slow and are just in the information gathering stage, that is okay too. She often meets with customers months or years before they're ready and helps them prepare.
