Christy is an absolute gem! She is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, assertive…everything you need in a realtor. Our large family relocated from out of state and Christy made purchasing our home as seamless as possible. We 100% recommend her and fully intend to work with her in the future!
Christy was a great advocate, gave great advice and has the network needed to get it done. Highly recommended!
Christy helped us buy our "forever home". She is a lovely person and we enjoyed the experience working with her. She is attentive, responsive and did not hesitate to step in and help us when we ran into some interesting issues. I would strongly recommend you ask her to represent you when you are ready to buy a home.
Christy went above and beyond with helping us find the right home in the Franklin NC area. She was honest and forthcoming with information about homes on the market, and she had a lot of patience with our extended search. She was willing to drive all over the area for us, including Hayesville and represented our interests well.
Christy stuck with us while we searched for our dream home and we finally found it and we became friends over the time it took. She always responded when I called and answered any questions she could, very knowledgeable and helpful with all the home buying details. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Christy Mitchell to anyone wanting to sell a home in Western NC. She was awesome to work with! My husband and I live in GA but needed to sell my parents home in Franklin, NC. and Christy made it so easy and seamless! She helped us connect with contractors to get everything in great shape and on the market. With her superior knowledge of the real estate market and local pricing, the home sold and closed very quickly. We have sold many homes in the past but this was by far the best experience we have ever had!!
Christy has 63 properties for sale and sold 20 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
