I highly recommend Christy Mitchell to anyone wanting to sell a home in Western NC. She was awesome to work with! My husband and I live in GA but needed to sell my parents home in Franklin, NC. and Christy made it so easy and seamless! She helped us connect with contractors to get everything in great shape and on the market. With her superior knowledge of the real estate market and local pricing, the home sold and closed very quickly. We have sold many homes in the past but this was by far the best experience we have ever had!!

He laid back but knowledgeable approach was great as first time buyers. She took a lot of time getting to know us and our needs. She is a very intuitive negotiator and has a great strategy when it comes to the negotiation process. We would absolutely use her again.
