Dani Miner

Licensed Real Estate Agent

About Dani

Leaving the hustle and bustle behind in Sarasota, Florida, Dani and her husband relocated to the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina for a quieter, peaceful, and more natural way of life. The beauty and serenity of this area is quite intoxicating with opportunities for outdoor adventures around every corner. After traveling to this area several times, Dani and her husband knew it was special. Being able to live here, well, that’s a great privilege. Wanting to bring these experiences to others, Dani’s passion for real estate quickly came to life getting her North Carolina real estate license, which combined with her 20 years of experience as a real estate legal and administrative assistant formed a great business. Whether you’re looking to relocate to this area, find the perfect vacation rental, invest in a great new property, or settle down in a retirement home, there is no better place than the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.

Christy helped us buy our "forever home"

Christy helped us buy our "forever home". She is a lovely person and we enjoyed the experience working with her. She is attentive, responsive and did not hesitate to step in and help us when we ran into some interesting issues. I would strongly recommend you ask her to represent you when you are ready to buy a home.

Christy went above and beyond with helping us find the right home in the Franklin NC area

Christy went above and beyond with helping us find the right home in the Franklin NC area. She was honest and forthcoming with information about homes on the market, and she had a lot of patience with our extended search. She was willing to drive all over the area for us, including Hayesville and represented our interests well.

I highly recommend Christy Mitchell to anyone wanting to sell a home in Western NC

I highly recommend Christy Mitchell to anyone wanting to sell a home in Western NC. She was awesome to work with! My husband and I live in GA but needed to sell my parents home in Franklin, NC. and Christy made it so easy and seamless! She helped us connect with contractors to get everything in great shape and on the market. With her superior knowledge of the real estate market and local pricing, the home sold and closed very quickly. We have sold many homes in the past but this was by far the best experience we have ever had!!
