This is the second property Christy has helped us acquire. She's very knowledge on OTOW properties, which is really helpful. Her understanding what buyers are looking for is refreshing. No hard sell. Christy has a proven track record, whether you're a ling distance buyer or physically able to view prospective properties. We highly recommend Christy Main.
She was always easy to reach with any questions or concerns. Christy was able to arrange the sale after we had moved to another state. Christy was very helpful with suggestions on how to present my home and move the furniture around. She had wonderful incite into what the buyers would want to see. She did a terrific job.
Christy did a great job throughout the whole process. From our initial interactions through closing. She smiled and was friendly too! She handled and helped us through all the details. She was gracious while we worked through many scheduling challenges on our side. Overall I would recommend her to a friend in a heartbeat!!
Christy was very professional in helping us find our new home. We worked with her and visited several homes before deciding on the one. She also helped us become familiar with Top of the World amenities and areas of interest. She kept in touch with us sharing new listings as they became available. I really appreciate her patience and market knowledge.
Christy was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her.
Christy Main was very helpful with selling my house. She was quick to respond to any of my questions & concerns.
Christy Main is a true professional in every way! Working with Christy was a pleasure from beginning our search to finding our perfect home and to her guidance throughout the closing process. She is very knowledgeable, accessible and patient with our many questions and hours of helping us in our search. In addition, she was very prompt in responding to our needs via texts, calls or emails with a very pleasant attitude and great sense of humor. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding Realtor.
Exceptional is just one word that comes to mind when describing the quality and attention given to my family when looking and then purchasing a home in OTOW. Christy was very welcoming and patient as our home search started 3 years before we were able to commit to a property. From day one, Christy full well knowing we wouldn't be ready to actually purchase a home for at least 3 years, took us to show us homes just so we could get a feel for the community and price points for the homes we were interested in. Christy was extremely prompt when communicating with us. Since we bought our home virtually, she did virtual walk throughs, took unlimited photos, when back and forth countless times to facilitate hooking up the apps for the irrigation, wifi, the Ring doorbell and thermostat amongst other things. Christy was very flexible with when we could virtually meet with her and did a superb job of explaining each and every step of the purchasing process with us. Finally, Christy was the up most professional with a great sense of humor always going the extra mile in making sure any question we had or concern was addressed. If Christy didn't know the answer, which she almost always did, she would find out and get back with us immediately. Our family would give Christy Main 1000 stars if allowed for her dedication, attention to detail and amazing communication!!! You will not be disappointed if you go with Christy for your selling or buying needs!! If you are looking for a hard-working, honest and knowledgeable realtor, Christy is the realtor you definitely want by your side!! We never felt any pressure from her at any time!!
She is factual and "tells it like it is". There is honest and factual information. She is GREAT GREAT GREAT. Do not make a mistake with another agent when you could have the best available agent to help with your purchase or sale
Christy was very knowledgeable about the different areas we looked at. Most importantly she was patient and flexible with our crazy schedule. I highly recommend her as an agent.
