From my first day of meeting Christy I knew she was a great fit! She knows all of the towns and cities that would make me feel comfortable. If she knew I wanted walking Paths/Bike Paths, Gyms including and Local Wineries and my number one concern was a safe environment for me and my elderly father and she would point out all of the things about my location of a home I was interested in buying. She would email me, text or call me on the same day and whatever was important to me she would make sure she directed me in the correct direction. My move was huge considering I moved from Oregon to Idaho. I needed people to help with projects that I wanted done as soon as I bought the home. She gave me the best local company to work on projects that I needed help on. Christy is very friendly and made herself available for my needs even after the sale of my house she was was 24/7 available!

Strong market knowledge, very efficient and knowledgeable with contracts, responds quickly to any questions or issues, has contacts that are readily available to assist in repairs following an inspection. Christy is always kind and friendly. She works well with clients, other agents, lenders and title companies. Christy was our agent a few years ago and two months ago we sold and bought within 30 days. She is very good at what she does.

What made Christy stand out was as we looked at houses she would always be helping us look around for things that were needed fixed etc. Was always staying in contact with us and making time for us to go see homes after work or all day on the weekends. We would get stressed out thinking we wouldn’t find anything but she would always motivate us. All I can say is we are happy to finally have a home and blessed to have met Christy.

Christy was awesome to work with from start to finish. She was very responsive whenever we had questions and she is very knowledgeable in her field and could answer all of them no problem. She made the home buying process easy and straightforward even through the challenges we faced. We started off not knowing anything about buying a house and came out as homeowners in only a couple months. We had a lot of hiccups on our end and Christy was patient and didn't give up on us through the whole process. I will always recommend Christy to friends and family from now on. Thanks Christy :)
