Chris helped me sell my house and he did a stellar job. We got 30000 over asking price and he helped navigate me through all of the paperwork, inspection repairs, and house photography. My house looked better on the listing than it did in person because of how well he staged it and presented it. I think that was a huge part for why it sold so well. I would recommend Chris if you want a really knowledgeable and helpful agent who knows the area well and has been doing this for almost 20 years.
