Chris is great, very straight forwards to work with; he didn't steer me with the priciest property to earn commission, but he listened to my criteria & needs, and recommended me the best options. Would definitely work with him again next time.

Upon seeing houses with him, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of different areas. He was able to tell us what was nearby as we looked in Tacoma all the way up to Renton. When we had an accepted offer, the appraisal came in under our offer, and we unfortunately were not able to cover the difference. Chris negotiated on our behalf and went to paint the deck as was needed. Everything was smooth sailing after that and I could not be more grateful to Chris for getting us into our first home!
