Upon seeing houses with him, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of different areas. He was able to tell us what was nearby as we looked in Tacoma all the way up to Renton. As first-time buyers, we were intimidated by the process, but Chris broke things down so they were easy to understand, and was always able to answer questions quickly. When we had an accepted offer, the appraisal came in under our offer, and we unfortunately were not able to cover the difference.
