Great experience!! Chris is very knowledgeable at his job. He helped us manage our hectic ordeal with the VA Loan. We lost a couple offers and we finally received one on a property we loved but, unfortunately the appraiser valued the home 10k below listing price so we lost it. BUT like they say everything happens for a reason! We’re so glad it did because the day I lost the offer I was checking the list Chris constantly sent us of homes available and we saw another that same day that we absolutely loved! Immediately we got on it and put the offer and the rest is history as they say :)! We got the home and love everything about it! Thank you Chris from my wife and I you truly did a great job! Chris helped me out so much through a very difficult situation. I contacted him about 6 months before the sale of my home, and I was going through an eviction with my tenants. That was a huge mess, and Chris guided me through the entire process. He helped me find new, much better property managers, which ultimately got the unreliable tenant evicted, then he was able to get my home sold within one day of being on the market. Not only that, but he helped me through the appraisal and repair process very swiftly and efficiently.. I live 2 states away from the home and I could not have done it without him. Chris was able to help us buy our house. With plenty of searching and patience we found the right one. He gave us names of capable vendors who can fix projects around the house. Also he bought home insurance to fix plumbing electrical and appliances to add in our escrow account.
