A South Florida native, Christopher Pérez has over 21 years of experience in marketing, managing, leasing and selling real estate in exclusive residential communities in South Florida. Currently a Broker Associate at eXp Realty, LLC, with a focus on helping families in the Probate process. Christopher is proud to have a business that is 75% sustained by his client's referrals. He attributes that honor by always being guided by honesty, integrity and fanatical customer service. Mr. Pérez was previously part owner of his own brokerage, which he helped grow to over 40 agents in 4 years. He was Vice President of Marketing and Advertising, and Sales Coordinator, for ACGG Development Group, a condo converter and multifamily community operator. At ACGG he oversaw the real estate closings of 8 condominium projects throughout Florida (2,000 units). Additionally, he was responsible for the management and leasing of two Orlando communities (620 units).
Christopher Pérez began his career as a manager in training at Colonial Bank, NA, before he was recruited into the real estate industry. He holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University. Mr. Pérez has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate since 2004 and obtained his Real Estate Broker license in 2015.
