We were working with our 2nd agent when we met Chris at one of his listings. During that interaction, I realized he was the agent for us. He gave us a lot of advice on the different areas we were searching in, something our previous agents never offered. He was very easy to talk with and listened to what we had to say. When we finally started working with Chris, he was so patient with us about all the many different houses we wanted to look at...truly, no rhyme or reason, though he did have some info to share about some of the places we went to. I think if we wanted to look at a house in Philly, he would've accommodated that request. Lol. Anyhow, his knowledge in real estate made me feel very comfortable with making an offer in this house. He moved quickly to get us all the appropriate paperwork to get the purchasing started, and in less than 2 weeks, we're in our new house! Thank you, Chris for your patience and help. How to describe Chris Martin? Friendly, caring, empathetic, knowledgeable. An all around great guy. My wife and I had a rough go of things with a previous house we were given by a family member and out of nowhere Chris showed up, offered to buy the house and also offered to be our realtor to help us buy a house. The amount of hours he spent showing houses to us and going out of his way to help us with every single step was amazing. I guarantee no other realtor would do the amount Chris did for us. He fought for us and was in our corner when 2 other realtors, lenders and mortgage brokers gave up on us and told us we had no chance. He stuck by us through thick and thin. Chris has basically become family to us. I cant recommend Chris Martin enough. Thank you so much Chris for everything you've done for us! Im telling ya ditch whatever other agent your using and give chris a call or email. You won't regret it.
