We decided to move after living in our home for 30years. Chris turned an incredibly emotional, stressful situation into a fun and exciting experience. Don’t get me wrong there were moments….but he handled them seamlessly and answered every crazy question we had. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and fun. Chris was absolutely fantastic during my search for my first home. Was extremely helpful in answering questions, offering advice on how to start searching, walking me through the entire offer / escrow process, and was there throughout the entire process until I moved into my new home. In addition to his knowledge about the whole home-buying process, chris would constantly go the extra mile for me, tracking down answers or replies from other parties, and was always very responsive when communicating or setting up appointments to view homes, etc I cannot overstate the positive experience I had with chris, who is an excellent real estate agent, and great person to be around

We contacted Chris at the recommendation of a friend and talked about selling but hadn’t fully made up our minds. He helped us look for another home for a few weeks, then we decided to sell. From the decision time to starting escrow was about 10 days. He presented the offers and helped walk us through the process to sell and get financing. We asked for and got a lease back arrangement that was better then I expected. One of the characteristics he has is to keep the stress of selling and moving to a minimum.
All of my many questions were answered promptly and with enough time and explanation to be sure that I had a clear understanding. I never felt rushed or that I was not as important as another client. I would highly recommend Christopher to anyone for all of their real estate needs.
