Chris was absolutely fantastic during my search for my first home. Was extremely helpful in answering questions, offering advice on how to start searching, walking me through the entire offer / escrow process, and was there throughout the entire process until I moved into my new home. We contacted Chris at the recommendation of a friend and talked about selling but hadn’t fully made up our minds. He helped us look for another home for a few weeks, then we decided to sell. From the decision time to starting escrow was about 10 days. He presented the offers and helped walk us through the process to sell and get financing. We asked for and got a lease back arrangement that was better then I expected. One of the characteristics he has is to keep the stress of selling and moving to a minimum.
