Chris is a great agent that looks out for you. He will capture the property in professional photos. He will help you through the home selling process from beginning to end, and for the first-time home seller that is a welcome relief during the stress of moving. Cannot say how important that is or how grateful I am.

We have used Chris 3 times so far and have a hard time thinking about using any other agent when it comes to knowledge of the Central Ohio Market. Chris has helped us sell two homes (both went for above the list price) and purchase two homes. His knowledge of the market, the process of buying and selling and his strategy in selling a home has obviously worked. He takes time to speak with you about what you are looking for in a new home, he understands your budget and also takes time to notice what you have done to your current home to maximize its value. Chris is a true professional and I would whole heartedly give Chris 100 out of 10 stars if I could.
