Selling a home is a very stressful process. Mr. Kreklow made the selling process very simple for us. From day one Chris helped get things ready and made sure we were set up for success! There wasn’t a time where he wouldn’t pick up the phone when my wife and I called with questions, or answered an email in a hasty fashion. He made sure to do check ups on the house to see the progress of getting the house “show ready” and would give us guidance on what else needed to be done. Offered assistance in moving some heavy objects out of the house as well, that’s what I call customer service! Overall the experience was made easy and simple with Chris helping us along, the amount of professionalism and friendly service Chris brings to his clients are outmatched! I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to help my family sell our house!

Mr. Kreklow was very knowledgeable about how the market was trending and always had our best interest in mind when it came to finding our home. He made sure we just didn’t settle and was always on the lookout for exactly what we were looking for! Always made sure to call right away when something became available and made sure we had every opportunity to see every house we wanted! Very professional and the communication never stopped! Chris came to our aid and was very helpful when our bank had a slip up with our loan, he made what was a stressful situation a lot easier with his expert guidance on how to move forward to get things resolved as quickly as possible!
