We toured several homes looking for the right spot for our family and Chris was great to work with throughout the process. During a difficult inspection and negotiation period, Chris was outstanding in helping navigate the process. Chris' knowledge of construction, renovation ideas and the local market are far beyond the average real estate agent.

He initially won me over with his responsiveness and optimism about getting deals done, and even after several transactions, he’s kept that same energy and enthusiasm. Chris is great at what he does. He knows the Des Moines/surrounding markets extremely well. His experience shows; he’s able to speak confidently and provide helpful context whenever questions came up about the market or the selling process. He’s also super communicative throughout the entire process. We stayed in close contact through text and jumped on calls whenever we needed to align or make real-time strategic decisions. One thing I especially appreciate about Chris is that he truly makes you feel like he has your back. We were clear about our goals for the sale from the start, including where we had flexibility, and we stayed closely aligned throughout. Chris consistently approached conversations, contracts, counterproposals, etc. with our best interests in mind. This property was also a multi-family, with multiple current tenants and a property manager involved; he did a great job owning communication between everyone and the buyer's realtor, including at times when the current tenants weren't so happy the property was being shown/sold, so we didn't have to step in. Even when a few curveballs came our way, he was proactive about pushing back or gathering the right information to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, if you work with Chris and his team, you can feel confident they’ll look out for your best interests and watch out for you every step of the way.

Chris was great to work with. He was responsive and always open to what we were thinking and wanting. He is knowledgeable and was ahead of the game in different areas during the process and had solutions instantly to small issues that arose.

Chris always was way ahead of everything all the way through this process and if you needed help with anything he was always there with help from him or he knew a lot of people that could get things done for you also, we needed carpet in the home he helped us find and he had a company that made sure they were there to measure and the day we got the house and had the carpet ordered and ready to go in the next week. Chris was a pleasure to work with and had finance people that made the buying process easy. When he was helping us get ready to list our home to sell he was there all the way and had suggestions and ideas to make the property stand out and he kept us well informed all the way through both the buying and selling process. Terrific to do business with!
