Chris was my realtor in June/July 2021. At this time the market was absolutely insane. After viewing a few homes we were able to have an offer accepted. The home we found was right in our budget, in the town we wanted, and appraised at the full amount we offered. Chris continuously went above and beyond at every aspect of the job (and even parts that are not part of the job). Even the inspector that Chris recommended was top notch.
