He did an excellent job checking all areas such as plumbing, foundation, roof, etc. for any major flaws and made sure I was aware of them. He was patient especially when I would feel overwhelmed. He kept the whole process on an even keel. He was even available after the closing for any questions or areas of concern and he advice was right on. I am so happy our daughter had referred him to us and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell.
