We have a fair amount of experience with real estate sales consultants (8 moves overall). This experience was easily the best. Not only did Chris put together a thorough market analysis to assess competition and help us establish an asking price, he offered insight into the market the “statistics” don’t convey. He was always responsive to our request for information, and desire to see (several) properties. It was very apparent that he holds his responsibility to client and profession in high regard. Even when our home had attracted multiple offers in the first day on the market (I’d say largely due to his marketing efforts and pricing strategy), he still followed through with conducting a planned open house resulting in yet better offers.
