We just closed on our 7th sale/purchase with Chris and though I joke that this is the last time we are moving... We will absolutely be passing his number out until the day he retires! Our most recent sale took 3 days to go under contract and closed 30 days later. Our most recent purchase was a big ask. We were looking for a horse farm with 20 acres of land or more. Chris was amazing from beginning to end of the sale of my condo. It was my first home sale and he was able to answer any and all questions I had about the process. He kept me up to date on all of the communication as far as viewings and offers. Any hiccups in the process were communicated as well. He always had my best interests in mind and the sale closed quickly. If I was in the market to buy or sell, I can’t imagine going with anyone else.

Chris listed my home on 4/23/25 and closed it on 5/12/25; in less than 3 weeks. What I especially appreciated was how he kept me abreast of everything. I received text messages making me aware of when my home would be shown, how the client felt about my home, the price, etc I rarely had any questions, but when I did, he answered them honestly within a timely manner. This was the 4th home I've sold, and Chris was by far the best realtor of all I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent and attentive realtor.
