Chris listed my home on 4/23/25 and closed it on 5/12/25; in less than 3 weeks. What I especially appreciated was how he kept me abreast of everything. I received text messages making me aware of when my home would be shown, how the client felt about my home, the price, etc I rarely had any questions, but when I did, he answered them honestly within a timely manner.
