I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine Walker, but I'll try. She is young, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very personable. Working with Christine was like working with my daughter. Perhaps one of her best qualities is that she is an excellent and rapid communicator. I never had to wait long at all to get a response to an email, text message, or phone call. In conclusion, when I need a professional and kind realtor in the future, there is not doubt that I will call Christine Walker :)

Christine provided an excellent home buying experience from start to finish. She always made herself available and would respond promptly to communication. Her patience allowed me to find the property I wanted without making me feel rushed to jump into anything I wasn't fully interested in. She made it evident that she was on my side and had my best interests in mind. Christine's knowledge of the market and nuances of the field helped comfort me as a first time buyer. Her negotiation angles are effective, and she makes it apparent she’s protecting the party she is representing. Christine also listens to your thoughts and opinions and incorporates them into offers. She consistently stays on top of pending tasks and even continued making sure conflict was resolved after closing. Christine made the whole process pleasant and exciting.

First of all Christine is an amazing person and an incredible realtor. She listened to our needs and wants, organized home showing that she knew meant our criteria, gave a lot of her expert opinion in location and style. Christine even looked out for or dog during the home search. Christine was watching the market during the process and giving us updates as these changed. Christine helped set us up with a loan agent to get us pre-approved and through underwriting during the home shopping process. Overall Christine was there 24/7 through the process for us.
