Christine Miller was a joy to work with from my first contact with her through the closing. Christine's market analysis was well researched and quite thorough--more so than any other of the real estate agents who offered their services. As a long time resident and agent in the Evergreen area, she knew the market well. Her sales projection price was realistic, and she explained the basis for the range of a possible sales price. She was also transparent about services, and explained the pros and cons of the three tiers of representation, rather than automatically pushing me to sign for the most expensive option. She gave me good advice when I was approached by several buyers before I had even signed a contract with her, and continued to give good advice about an acceptable offer after I signed with her, as we worked through the process of accepting an offer. She walked me through the steps of the process (inspector, etc), and ran good interference for me with the buyer (when needed). She was willing to meet in person with me several times, and we spoke over the phone and over email. She helped me with the many disclosure forms that buyers are expected to complete. She also "held my hand," so to speak, as the closing date approached, and kept me apprised of what steps had been completed by the buyer (mortgage acceptance letter, etc), and what steps I needed to take. Finally, I'd like to say that she was extremely sensitive to my situation and emotions--I was selling my mother's condo after her death--and Christine understood how emotional a process this was for me and my siblings. I could not have employed a better agent.
