I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine Lombardi! She was amazing and made selling our home so easy. She will be our realtor when we sell in the future—we already told her we will only list with her! We decided very suddenly to sell our home when my father’s neighbor mentioned selling their house. She came to see us, gave us tips to sell our home quickly, and to explain the process with their office. We could have done this by electronic signature and spoke over the phone, but she wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with the entire process. She and her team set us up for a very successful sale! Also, she explained time and again that she was able to do so much because of her wonderful team that helps in supporting her. A truly modest and outgoing realtor, with such attention to detail, made selling our home happen in a matter of hours of listing—and she always gave credit to everyone! From start to finish, she was there checking on us and keeping us updated throughout the sale. She even offered to help us with the home we were trying to purchase when we couldn’t get a return call from the realtor handling the sale of that home. (Having to follow the requests from the owners selling to us for using a specific realtor made life difficult with no communication from them/their realtor.) I had a mini-breakdown as closing drew near and we still had no contract on the other house. We were essentially homeless. Christine checked on us daily and offered to help in any way possible. She called on weekends and all! She was ready to help us find an alternate house or a short-term rental to try to lessen the stress for us. She definitely went above and beyond from day one until closing. We are so very thankful we had the best realtor handling our sale. It was a bittersweet move, and she took great care of us!
