We were introduced to Christine through a co-worker and she was incredible to work with throughout out our year-long journey of buying our first home. Some highlights of working with Christine: 1. She educated us on the buying process, how to read disclosures, what to expect during the closing process, what to look for at open houses, etc. She met with us every weekend to visit open houses and was nothing but professional with any party we worked with. Christine Lau is exemplary in every way, we couldn't have found a better partner to help us sell our home! It's rare to find a person, much less a realtor, who combines a tireless work ethic and nerves of steel with absolute humility but you get all that and more with Christine. Our situation was far from ideal...we were looking to put our house on the market and move out of state 2-weeks after our first meeting with Christine just when California was about to go into shelter-in-place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Christine expertly guided us through every step along the way in getting the house ready and bringing it to market and ultimately closing within 6-weeks! She walked us through all the paperwork with accurate summaries dividing things into actionable vs not, went beyond getting "her hands dirty" in literally patching holes and painting the house and helping us with exterior landscaping and kept us grounded with her calming demeanor throughout the negotiation and closing process. The only issue with selling our home so quickly is that we don't get to talk to Christine as much anymore!

Christine is fabulous! We could not have chosen a better realtor! She thinks of things that need to be done way in advance and makes calls to lenders, insurance agents before you even think of it!
