Christine Ives Polizzi is a luxury real estate advisor, investor and entrepreneur serving Fort Lauderdale, Golden Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and the South Florida coast, with a particular focus on buyers relocating from the Northeast. Licensed in both Florida and Pennsylvania, with brick-and-mortar offices in Fort Lauderdale and Dickson City, PA, she has negotiated more than 1,200 transactions and over $230 million in sales volume since 2021.
She leads a team of 25 agents across five states specializing in relocation, divorce, estates and investing — ranked the #1 standard eXp team in Pennsylvania for three consecutive years. Christine is a five-time eXp ICON Agent, a member of the eXp Luxury division, and an active member of Gogo Bethke’s real estate team. Her South Florida résumé includes sales at the W Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Oakland Park and 100 E Las Olas, along with relocation clients placed from Fort Lauderdale to the Space Coast.
Beyond residential sales, Christine works with high-end commercial clients and family-owned development groups, providing developmental consulting with a specialty in Golden Beach and South Florida land development. Her family owns Mid Atlantic Funding, a wholesale mortgage company, and she is part of the Fiori Financial Wealth Management family office — so her clients get a direct answer on financing, structure and long-term strategy, not a referral and a shrug.
Christine owns what she sells. She and her husband Mike relocated from Pennsylvania to Fort Lauderdale themselves, so she knows the move from both sides of the table: the timing, the tax questions, the condo reviews, the things nobody tells you until you’re in it. She has deep experience with VA transactions and with sales involving divorce or estate settlement, where discretion, even-handedness and clear communication with every party and attorney matter as much as the price.
Before real estate, Christine spent two decades in fitness and mindset coaching and taught elementary school — a background that shows up in how she works: she listens first, explains everything, and never lets a client make a decision they don’t understand.
She divides her time between Fort Lauderdale and Dickson City, Pennsylvania.
