Chris Chapdelaine is an excellent realtor. Her knowledge of the market is excellent, her communication skills are great she keeps you informed through out the process and acts in a very professional manner. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
What can I add when everything flows perfectly
Several years ago, Chris helped my elderly father-in-law sell his home in Jensen Beach and purchase his new home in PGA Village. The process was smooth and easy and greatly allayed my father-in-law’s anxieties in making such a drastic change at his age. Naturally, when my husband and I also decided to purchase a home in PGA, we chose Chris. We knew she would take care of everything which, as out-of-state buyers, brought us peace of mind. Not only is Chris extremely personable, she is detail oriented, knowledgeable and a true professional in every sense. Definitely, when we’re ready to purchase again, we’re calling Chris!
This was the second time we'd worked with Christine on a home sale. We called her again because she was so professional and thorough the first time around.
