Christine worked with me about a month before the house went on the market offering me different suggestions on how to best show and market the property. I feel one of the most important suggestions was to do a pre listing home inspection. This allowed me to make the need changes or repairs before anyone viewed the house allowing the buyer very little to no issues with their home inspection. Best pre move money spent.
