Christine is very knowledgeable about the market. She recommended substantial improvements before listing the property, to make it more attractive. But she then actually went to work, getting rid of all the clothing, old dishes, knick knacks, etc. On top of that, she put us in contact with an excellent contractor, who put in new floors, counter tops, sink, disposal, etc.; and a painter who did a great job and finished the work very quickly. Her pricing was spot on, as we got only $7000 less than asking price. She is very good about keeping her customers up to date.
