As first-time home buyers, we really wanted to work with someone who would provide a lot of support and guidance during the process and go beyond just showing us listings. Christina Loucks worked with us and did just that! As soon as we found a home listed that we were interested in viewing, she was able to set us up to view the home that same day most of the time, if not then it would be the next day. She even was able to show us multiple homes in one day, despite the short notice we gave her on our interest of the homes. It was really helpful because it allowed us to view the home as soon as possible and be able to make an offer earlier. She was also so very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we came up with during the home tours, about the offer process and signing process, and even once we bought a home, was available to answer questions about setting up utilities, as we moved into an area that used a different service than we were used to. She was there with us on signing day, and even got us flowers and a welcoming basket for our new home that was very thoughtful. We had told her that we had plans to have a fire-pit built in our backyard, which was important to us, and so she had arranged a campfire basket with things for Smores. She was very kind, helpful and easy to get along with and we are so grateful for her help in having us find a wonderful home and making our first-time home buying process such an easy and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is wanting to have a similar experience with their home buying process, whether a first-time home buyer or not.

She walked with us every step of the way from teaching us what to look for in a listing, to doing what seemed like an endless number of walk throughs and several offers. She was able to connect us to a good lender who offered more favorable rates than the Credit Union, navigated every step of the way through contracting to allow the sellers rent back for 30+ days.
