Kate Moorer was the best realtor we could have hoped for. Incredibly responsive to texts/calls/emails, understanding, honest, and it was so helpful to have her educate us on insurance as we looked at certain homes she was able to point out certain things we didn’t know to look out for. She made sure to communicate with the sellers agent continuously and made sure we closed on time. There was a few loose ends after closing she made sure to check up on several times which was very helpful and kind as well! Thank you Kate for helping us find our dream home!

Christina Leavenworth has a keen eye checking the house for things that are not finished. She has a great personality. She’s as good as an inspector supposed to be.
