My Husband and I had many questions about buying a second home in Florida and Christy answered all of them. The process was very different from what we were use to in our state so it was very nice to be able to get a quick response from her to our many questions . Her knowledge helped us make intelligent decisions and we were very happy with her part of the whole process. I do believe if we would have gone with another agent we would have given up out of frustration. Christy was patient, professional, encouraging and kind.
