When I decided to purchase a house I called Christie. She referred me to Jill with The Mortgage Firm. Jill told me what to do to get my credit on point for getting a pre-approval. Next Christie did an informal interview with me to find out what I desired in a home. With the pre-approval, the price point I qualified for, and my home preference, Christie set me up with automated searches fitting my criteria. She walked me through the initial process. She stayed in contact with new listings and showed me to several homes until we found the home I was looking for. Then she set me up with a home inspector. She walked me through the whole process explaining how it would go. She knows her business and the market she works in. Her experience made this whole process look simple but that’s just a testament to her. I could have never done this on my own.
